The Diagnostic.
Two to three weeks. A written report. An executive review. A recommended path forward. The Diagnostic is the door to every engagement and a complete deliverable on its own. If you proceed to Implementation, the fee is credited in full.
Four
deliverables.
- 01
The principal interview
Recorded conversation with the principal and, where appropriate, senior staff. We arrive with a structured interview and leave with a clean transcript and a working understanding of the organization’s operating reality.
- 02
The workflow study
We walk through intake, execution, communication, and reporting as they actually happen. We document the organization’s real process, not the one in the handbook.
- 03
The written report
A written report delivered in print and digital form. It names where the organization gains capacity and where it quietly loses it. Short, direct, and built for decisions.
- 04
The executive review
A ninety-minute session with the principal. We read the report together. We answer questions. We agree on which recommendations are in scope for Implementation, and which are not.
The Diagnostic is not a sales call. It is not free.
It is not a deck. It is not a recommendation engine.
It is the document a serious organization uses to decide whether the next twelve months of operations should be left alone or rebuilt.
