A licensed contractor whose customers hand over the keys to their house is a high-trust organization operating on judgment, and it carries the same exposure as a firm with a tenth of the apparatus to hold it. The fee is small because the scope is finite. It is not a sample, and it is not a route to something else we would rather sell.
By application, as with everything else. The Diagnostic is not required. We accept a limited number of defined engagements each quarter, and we say no when the fit is wrong.
