Notices.
The Private Standard is a practice of The Clemenza Group. This page sets out how we handle information submitted through this site, the terms on which the site is offered, and the notices the law requires us to give.

What we collect
When you submit the intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, firm, role, email address, an optional phone number, the discipline and size of your firm, a short brief, and how you found us. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. We measure aggregate, privacy-respecting site analytics to understand traffic.
How we use it
We use your submission for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to carry it out. Submissions are stored in our own database and are relayed to us by email so we can reply personally. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host our database and send our email, who process it only on our instruction.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our records of correspondence. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by writing to standard@clemenzagroup.com. We will act on reasonable requests promptly.
Terms of use
The content on this site is provided for general information. It describes services offered by The Private Standard and does not itself create any client relationship or obligation. Any engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement. Pricing shown is indicative and is confirmed in that agreement.
The site, its copy, and its design are the property of The Clemenza Group. The names of our own affiliated companies are used with permission. Please do not reproduce the material here without consent.
Attorney advertising notice
The Private Standard is a technology and operations practice. It is not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice or an offer to provide legal services. The systems we build for law firms are operational tools; the practice of law, and every judgment it requires, remains with the firm and its lawyers.
Anthony Clemenza is an attorney admitted in New York. Because he is a lawyer, this site may be considered attorney advertising in some jurisdictions. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Legal services, where offered, are provided separately through Clemenza Law Group, not through The Private Standard.
