The Private Standard
Tier three

Operate.

An operating system that is not tended drifts. Organizations grow. Staff changes. Tools change. Operate is the defined cadence that keeps the operating layer current with the organization underneath it.

What is included

Care, not
ticketing.

  • Monthly tune

We sit with the organization’s operating system. We update knowledge and agents on new work. We adjust workflows that have aged. We retire what is no longer earning its place.

  • Quarterly review

Ninety minutes with the principal. We read the operating system against the organization’s current shape. We agree on what to expand, what to retire, and what to leave alone.

  • Senior staff support

Direct correspondence with the organization’s operating lead. No ticket queues and no outsourced service desk. We answer within the business day.

  • Model and tool updates

When the underlying tools or models change, we update the installation. Leadership does not have to guess whether it is current.

Always optional

The Operate retainer is the standing relationship.
It is never the obligation.

Organizations that prefer to run the installed system on their own do so. Operate is available when the organization wants a standing cadence, and quiet when it does not.
