One organization. One public record.
The Site of Record, Institutional
For firms, boards, foundations, brokerages, cellars, and representation offices where the public site is an operating surface rather than a brochure. Priced in a range because the obligation is not uniform.
- Editorial direction and art direction specific to the organization
- Intake wired into the organization's own systems
- Secure access where the material requires it
- Records publication where an obligation attaches
- Controlled review rounds with explicit acceptance criteria
- Everything transferred in writing at launch
- Fee
- $18,000 to $45,000
- Duration
- Eight to twelve weeks
- Admission
- Open. No Diagnostic required.
Organizations whose public site carries intake, secure access, or a records obligation.
The fixed rung is credited in full against the Institutional rung within twelve months. Implementation remains a separate engagement: it installs the operating layer behind the organization, where the Site of Record is the surface in front of it.
How this reads by discipline
The work does not change. The vocabulary does.
A prospective client chooses counsel before speaking to anyone. The site is the only evidence they have.
- The firm's site cannot be told apart from any other firm's site.
- Prospective clients cannot verify standing without writing to ask.
- Intake arrives as unstructured mail to a personal address.
Adds structured matter intake, conflict-aware routing, and a secure path for a client to send material before an engagement letter exists.
An association that cannot be verified in public is one an owner cannot hold accountable in private.
- The association has no public presence separate from the managing agent's.
- Owners cannot find the documents they are entitled to.
- The board's own correspondence has no verifiable home.
Adds the board's own public record. Records publication, document readiness, and the resident-facing property site remain the work of LRI Connect Services.
A brokerage that exists only inside someone else's portal has no record of its own to point to.
- Listings live on a portal the brokerage does not control.
- The brokerage's own standing is harder to verify than its inventory.
- Enquiries arrive without structure or attribution.
Adds structured enquiry routing and client-facing surfaces. A public website for one distinctive property remains the work of LRI Studio.
A grantmaker's public record is how an applicant decides whether to spend the effort. Vagueness costs the foundation the applicants it wanted.
- Applicants cannot tell what the foundation funds or how to ask.
- Reporting obligations are met in filings nobody can find.
- Grant enquiries arrive by mail and are tracked by hand.
Adds structured grant intake, published guidelines, and a reporting surface aligned to the foundation's filing obligations.
A program judged on discretion and taste is being judged on its public surface first, whether or not it intended one.
- The program's public presence understates the seriousness of the cellar.
- Allocation and membership enquiries have no structured path.
- Bookings run entirely through platforms that own the relationship.
Adds allocation and membership enquiry paths and the editorial direction a serious program is measured against.
Discretion and invisibility are not the same thing. An office nobody can verify is an office nobody can refer to.
- The office is deliberately quiet and therefore hard to verify.
- Introductions arrive without structure or provenance.
- There is no controlled surface for material that should not be public.
Adds controlled-access surfaces for material that should not be public, and a structured, attributable path for introductions.
What this is not
The Site of Record is a public website for the operating organization itself. A bespoke public website for a distinctive residential property is the work of LRI Studio. Association document websites, records publication, and property-site assurance are the work of LRI Connect Services. We do not resell hosting, we do not register a client's domain in our own name, and we do not hold a finished site as leverage.
