The Private Standard
Wealth management and family offices

We build AI systems for wealth management firms and family offices.

Your clients trust you with their money and their privacy. We build AI systems for the operating work around that trust: meeting prep, service requests, reporting. Your advisors approve everything a client sees, and the systems give no investment advice.

What it costs
$10,000 to $20,000 for the AI readiness assessment, credited in full if you go on. $25,000 to $75,000 to build. Or start with one workflow, $7,500 fixed. Support after launch is optional, $3,000 to $10,000 a month.
How long
Two to three weeks for the assessment. Six to twelve weeks to build. About three weeks for one workflow.
What you keep
The workflows, prompts, configuration and documentation, in your own accounts.
Who leads it

The legal side
We build systems and give no investment advice. We help your compliance team document how AI is used. What your obligations are is for your compliance officer and your own counsel.
What we build

What we build for a wealth management firm.

  1. 01

    Meeting prep and follow-up

A client brief before the meeting, drawn from your client-management and custodian data, and notes filed in your system afterward, from sources you approve.

  2. 02

    A client service desk

Clients ask about statements, document requests and account-opening paperwork and get answers from your firm's systems, with a hand-off to a person.

  3. 03

Client letters and summaries, drafted for review

First drafts of client letters and meeting summaries for your advisors to review and approve. Nothing is sent on its own.

  4. 04

    Inquiry and referral follow-up

New inquiries and referrals tracked and answered in draft, with your compliance team's review before anything goes out.

  5. 05

    Family-office reporting

Documents and entities consolidated into one searchable, permissioned record for the family.

  6. 06

    Operating controls

Who may use which tool, what client information each can see, a log of what happened, and documentation your compliance team can use.

How we work

How we treat client information.

  • Your advisors approve

AI drafts are reviewed and approved by your people before a client sees them.

  • Your compliance team stays in charge

We help your compliance team document how AI is used.

  • If something goes wrong

We build to support your Regulation S-P incident response and vendor oversight, including prompt notice from us if there is an incident involving your data.

What stays with your advisors

Advice stays with your advisors. Our systems do not recommend investments, rank securities or advise anyone on what to buy. They handle the operating work around your relationships. What your obligations are, and what your marketing may say, is for your compliance officer and your own counsel.

Proof

What we have already built.

These run in companies our principal owns or leads. They show what we can build, not results for anyone else.

  • A private portal with separated records

Role-based access with each client's records kept apart, and two-factor sign-in required on firm accounts.

  • A permissioned document vault and board room

Documents and governance materials in one permissioned place, with an audit trail.

  • A compliance calendar

Deadlines worked out from the facts of an organization and the governing rule, with reminders before the date.

Questions

Questions people ask before they begin.

  • How can a wealth management firm use AI with its compliance team involved?

Bring compliance in at the start. We build so your compliance team can see what each system does, what client information it can reach, and who approves each output, and we help your compliance team document how AI is used. What your obligations are is for your compliance officer and your own counsel.

  • Can I put client names and account data into an AI tool?

That is your firm's decision, and we build around it rather than make it for you. You choose what client information a tool may see. We set the system up so it sees only that, on business terms, and keep a record of use. We test with made-up data.

  • What do examiners expect to see if we use AI?

We cannot speak for an examiner, and we do not promise how one will react. We can give you a plain-English description of each system, a list of who has access, and a log of approvals. Whether that satisfies an examiner is for your compliance officer and your own counsel.

  • Can we say we use AI in our marketing, and what can we claim?

What your marketing may claim is for your compliance officer or your own counsel to approve, not us. What we can do is tell you, in plain words, what each system does, so that anything you say about it rests on facts about the tool. We make no claims about investment results.

  • Do AI meeting notes count as books and records we have to keep?

That is a question for your compliance officer and your own counsel. We build so meeting notes are saved in the place you choose, stay searchable, and can be exported, so whatever you decide is possible. We do not tell you what to keep or for how long.

  • What is an AI readiness assessment for a wealth management firm, and what do I get?

It is two to three weeks of study and a written report. We interview you, walk through how your firm really runs day to day, and write down where AI could take work off your people and where it should stay out. You also get a ninety-minute review with Anthony Clemenza. The report is yours to use with us or without us.

  • How much does AI implementation cost for a wealth management firm?

$10,000 to $20,000 for the readiness assessment, then $25,000 to $75,000 to build, fixed in writing once the scope is agreed. The assessment is credited in full against the build. If you would rather start with one job, the First Workflow is $7,500 fixed, and that fee is credited against Implementation if you continue within six months.

  • How do you connect to our CRM, custodian platform and planning software?

Where the tool allows it, we connect to it. During the assessment we list what you use, and say which tools can be connected safely and which cannot. We build around what you already have before suggesting you replace anything, so your advisors are not learning a new system.

  • What can AI do for a family office, and what should stay with people?

It can consolidate documents and entities into one searchable record, answer routine questions from that record, and draft reports for review. Decisions about money, trusts, relationships and trust between family members stay with people. We build the filing and the lookup. The family and its advisors do the deciding.

  • How do you keep a family's information private and separated by entity?

We design permissions so each entity's records are kept apart and visible only to the people you name. Access is logged, and it ends the day someone leaves. We test the separation with made-up data before real records go in, and we write down who can see what.

  • Who reviews the AI's drafts before a client sees them?

Your people. AI drafts are reviewed and approved by your people before a client sees them, and nothing is sent by the system on its own. The system records who approved what and when. The advisor's name stays on the letter, which is where it belongs.

  • Who owns what you build?

You do. The workflows, prompts, configuration and documentation are yours at handover, in your own accounts, and you can run them without us. Operate, our monthly support, is optional and ends on notice, so leaving us never means losing what we built. Your data stays in your own accounts too.

  • What if there is an incident involving our data?

We build to support your Regulation S-P incident response and vendor oversight, including prompt notice from us if there is an incident involving your data. We write down, before you sign, how we would tell you and what we would tell you. What your own duties are is for your counsel.

  • How long does it take to get AI working in your firm?

About three weeks for one workflow, and six to twelve weeks for a full implementation. For a full build, the two-to-three-week assessment comes first. Your part is a few conversations, access to the people and records we need to see, and your approval at each step. We confirm the dates in writing before work starts.
